Loklok Membership Agreement

1. Agreement Overview
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms and conditions for your Loklok VIP membership subscription. By subscribing to Loklok VIP services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Membership Benefits
VIP Membership Includes:
- Ad-Free Experience: Enjoy uninterrupted viewing without advertisements
- HD Quality: Stream content in up to 1080p resolution
- Offline Downloads: Download content for offline viewing
- Unlimited Streaming: No limits on content consumption
- Priority Support: Dedicated customer service for VIP members
- Exclusive Content: Access to VIP-only movies and shows
- Early Access: Be the first to watch new releases
- Multi-Device Access: Use on multiple devices simultaneously
3. Membership Tiers
3.1 Basic VIP
- Ad-free streaming
- HD quality (up to 1080p)
- Limited offline downloads
- Standard customer support
3.2 Premium VIP
- All Basic VIP features
- Unlimited offline downloads
- Priority customer support
- Exclusive content access
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Payment Terms
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
4.2 Billing Cycles
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days
- Annual: Billed every 365 days
- Lifetime: One-time payment
5. Usage Guidelines
5.1 Acceptable Use
- Personal, non-commercial use only
- No sharing of account credentials
- No downloading for redistribution
- Respect content licensing agreements
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Account sharing with non-members
- Circumventing geographic restrictions
- Reverse engineering the service
- Using automated tools to access content
6. Content Access
6.1 Content Availability
- Content library varies by region
- Some content may have viewing restrictions
- Content may be removed or added without notice
- Offline content expires based on licensing
6.2 Streaming Quality
- Quality depends on internet connection
- Automatic quality adjustment for stability
- HD content requires minimum 5 Mbps connection
- 4K content requires minimum 25 Mbps connection
7. Device Limitations
7.1 Device Registration
- Maximum 5 devices per account
- Devices can be managed in account settings
- New device registration may require verification
- Inactive devices are automatically removed after 90 days
7.2 Simultaneous Streaming
- Basic VIP: 2 simultaneous streams
- Premium VIP: 4 simultaneous streams
- Exceeding limits may result in stream termination

9. Termination

- No refunds for partial periods
- Account data retained for 30 days after cancellation
9.2 Service Termination
- We may terminate for violation of terms
- 30 days notice for service discontinuation
- Pro-rated refunds for service termination

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loklok operates. Both parties agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
12. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
