Loklok User Agreement
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Loklok application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Loklok is a video streaming service that provides access to movies, TV shows, and other entertainment content. The service includes both free and premium (VIP) content options.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You may create an account using email or phone number
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person is allowed
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Accounts are non-transferable
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
- Personal, non-commercial viewing of content
- Sharing content through approved social features
- Downloading content for offline viewing
- Using the service on authorized devices
4.2 Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Recording, copying, or redistributing content
- Circumventing geographic restrictions
- Using automated tools or bots
- Attempting to reverse engineer the service
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Uploading malicious content or code
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Content Rights
- All content is protected by copyright and other laws
- Content is licensed for viewing only
- No ownership rights are transferred to users
- Content availability may vary by region
5.2 User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us license to use your content
- You are responsible for content you upload

8. Payment and Billing
8.1 Free Service
- Basic content is available for free
- Free content includes advertisements
- Limited streaming quality for free users
8.2 Premium Service
- VIP subscription removes advertisements
- Higher quality streaming available
- Payment processed through Apple App Store
9. Technical Requirements
9.1 Device Compatibility
- iOS 13.0 or later
- Minimum 2GB RAM
- Stable internet connection
- Sufficient storage for downloads
9.2 Internet Requirements
- Minimum 1 Mbps for SD streaming
- Minimum 5 Mbps for HD streaming
- Minimum 25 Mbps for 4K streaming
- Unlimited data plan recommended
10. Limitation of Liability
Important: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10.1 Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Content availability is subject to licensing
- We are not responsible for third-party content
- Technical issues may affect service quality
11. Termination
11.1 User Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time
- Delete the app to stop service
- Cancel subscriptions through App Store
- Account data retained for 30 days
11.2 Service Termination
- We may terminate for violation of terms
- 30 days notice for service discontinuation
- Immediate termination for serious violations
- Pro-rated refunds for service termination
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
- Contact customer support first
- We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably
- Response within 30 days
12.2 Formal Resolution
- Binding arbitration for unresolved disputes
- Arbitration conducted in English
- Each party bears their own costs
- No class action lawsuits permitted
13. Changes to Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loklok operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
